Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable. All items purchased from Fishing Tackle Online are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Fishing Tackle Online to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

Speedservices "counter-to-counter" deliveries are normally used to send our items. We may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.

Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping cost is R97.00 to your local Post Office and R145.00 to your door regardless of the size of the order. If alternative shipping is required or shipping overseas, then please email us or phone 033 342 0608 for shipping costs.

Returns
Faulty equipment is to be returned to Fishing Tackle Online offices in Pietermaritzburg only, and any shipping costs will be for your account.
If items are returned within 24 hours from purchase, a full credit will be passed.
All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know why you are not satisfied. We will then issue a return number and the return delivery address. Upon receipt the item will be inspected and if it is still in its original sealed packaging we will refund your money less 10% handling fee.
We do not accept returns on software or DVDs under any circumstances.
