Hi Aslam,i dont now what kind of equipment you have, but i had the same problem and to correct it i went to an Surf Angling club and they showed me the correct way to cast and my main problem was "my weight was to lite"and the momentt i changed that my distance increased and it take a lot of Practice and Pain so go to your local Rugby of Soccer field and practice my man
Shalom

distance casting contains three elements ie: technique, practice and practice.
To break the 120m mark i use a 7oz sinker, Loomis 14"/ Assasin 14" rod and a Daiwa Grandwave 50 with .35 Kingfisher Line.
At the Kwamonambi polo field my 4 man team averaged a min of 150m after casting casts each.(Richards Bay ZSAA casting compo).
arrange a group of guys to practice with and get a good line meter. watch each others technique and try different styles. make sure you spray the line with water and make sure that the reel/s bearings are greased and teh reel is serviced.
Also be confident in your technique. I notice that if you have doubt you will mess tha cast up.
you have to find your very own swwet spot and you will definitley improve.
