Our Delivery policy

The average delivery time achieved over the last 12 months is 3 days. If EFT payments are made before 3.30 pm it may clears that night or the next night, and is delivered on average 3 days after the night it is clearance. Credit Card payments are cleared on average quicker than EFT’s.

What the product size will be, large  and heavy items such as rods, nets and large amount of sinkers can not be shipped as overnight service as it is

We need to know all these details and have the payment clear before 2.30 sharp, our couriers collection bookings closes at 2.30pm sharp.                                  

The Procedure

On receipt of payment Your Order will be processed and the Goods Packed for delivery, subject to us having the items in stock or we will source the item from one of the Major centre and deliver directly to You by Our selected courier company. Delivered to You should take 2 and 4 working days from the time Your payment is cleared by the Banks by our selected courier company, direct to your door.

All Orders are subject to a Delivery Cost of R95.00 anywhere in South Africa. Note that for very remote areas not serviced by courier Companies, delivery can take up to 7 working days. Please note orders can only be packed for delivery once Your payment is cleared by the Bank, which can take a day or two. All deliveries are to your door making it as easy as possible for you to receive your purchase.

When can you expect delivery Our average time achieved over the last 12 months is that payments made before 3.30pm clears that night or the next night and is delivered 2 days after the nights clearance.

In the event of a product not being in Stock in our premises or Our suppliers premises we will notified You via email, as soon as possible. We will advise you when the item is expected and you can decide if you would like the item placed on back order, select a replacement or have your payment refunded in full.

 We will take all possible steps to ensure that good ordered are delivered in the good order.

 If you select to cancel Your orders we will refund You after making sure your payment has cleared our bank but excluding the delivery charge.

We will check items before handing them to the delivery company to make sure they arrive at Your delivery address in good order.

 Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. We reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, You will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns / Refund Policy 

What do I need to do to return an item/s will accept goods that you would like to return subject to receiving a notification by email within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to the address you requested us to deliver them to when you bought them. Contact us by going to our contact page and submitting the item/s you would like to return. We will arrange to have the item/s collected. Please ensure that you receive confirmation that we received your communication within 1 working day to make sure that the 7 days are not exceeded.


If you notify us after the 7 day period you will have to send the item back at your cost. If the item is repaired or replaced under the manufacturers warranty the transport costs will be refunded and the new item will be sent to you free of charge.


For the item/s that need to be replace we will send the new item at no extra cost.


For Refunds on items that cost less than R250.00 a R50.00 return delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. For Refunds on items that cost more than R250.00 returns will be free.


Refunds will be paid to you within 4 working days by EFT or Credit Card which method you used to pay for the goods when you purchase it/them.


Please note that all items must be in there original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. Please check them when you receive them.




Do the item/s come with a Warranty has a very good working relationship with all the major suppliers of fishing tackle in South Africa and will act on your behalf to get goods that are defective repaired or replaced.


Reels come with a manufacturers 1 year warranty which means that if the reel is faulty they will have it repaired by the suppliers authorised repairer, there are a number of these around the country.


Fishing Rods have a 1 year manufacturers warranty but due to the nature of the product are only covered if the rod breaks whilst fishing ie whilst being used for the purpose for which it was designed but does not cover if it breaks in the door of a car, whilst in transit etc. Rod Eyes and Tips do break from time to time but these can be replace.


International Deliveries


We do offer international shipping, however please note that is costs R1150.00 for an order up to 5kgs and R250 per kg thereafter.
